Kerry works on her own & is dedicated to her clients, when she is face to face with her clients she cannot respond as quickly as she would like to. Please note, Kerry is not taking on new clients currently, if you are an existing client, you can access the online booking system through your reminder texts or emails.
My Cancellation Policy is in place to protect my business and time. I do appreciate that life happens but I do need to protect my little business to keep it worthwhile and more importantly - operational as this is my bread and butter.
Appointments are difficult to fill at short notice, less than 48 hours is 50% fee and less than 24 hours is 100% fee.
